Terms

Last updated 30 July 2026

These terms cover ninepocket.cards, the marketing website. Using the Ninepocket app means agreeing to the app's own terms, which are separate from these and are presented when you sign in.

What this site is

A description of a product. Nothing on this page is a contract for the product itself, and no purchase happens here — the buttons link to the app.

Prices shown here

The founding-member price of $47 is limited to a capped cohort. When that cohort fills, the price returns to $67, as stated on the pricing section. The price that binds is the one shown at checkout in the app, not the one cached in your browser.

Accuracy

Card values shown on this site are illustrative examples of what the app displays, drawn from real cards and plausible sales. They are not offers, appraisals or valuations, and nothing here should be treated as financial advice about collectibles.

Names and images that are not ours

Pokémon, Topps, Upper Deck, Donruss, Fleer, PSA and every other brand, set and player name referenced on this site belongs to its respective owner. They appear here to describe what the app identifies. Ninepocket is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any of them.

The same goes for the trading cards pictured on this site. Card artwork remains the property of its publisher — the Pokémon card shown is © Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc. — and appears here only to illustrate what the app does with a card you already own.

Changes

This site changes as the product does. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
